Demi Lovato: Darling or Disaster?

Demi Lovato’s dress from the Teen Choice Awards left us feeling a bit confused. We like the idea behind the art-deco-inspired mini-dress, but those feathers and the pony-tail? A bit much in our humble opinion. What do you think? Yea or nay?
